After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. After the order is shipped out, the customer will receive an email with the package's tracking number. You can pay for your order via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa or Master Card), Google Pay or Apple Pay.

For special collections and occasions, Scorpius Sacrum might open up preorders. Usually, it takes around 14 days after order confirmation to dispatch your order. All details will be always mentioned in the product description as well as in the order confirmation email. If you do not want to miss any special releases subscribe to our newsletter.
You can redeem a promo code or discount before order payment. Simply insert the promo code in the “discount code” window. Some discounts, especially for occasions such as holidays or xmas are automatic and you don't need to insert any code.
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the final destination. After order confirmation, orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.
International orders are handled by UPSP (tracking number provided). The estimated time of arrival may vary based on the final destination. Orders headed to Europe might take between 3-10 working days. USA orders usually arrive within 10-20 working days. For the rest of the world such as Asia, Australia, Africa, etc. estimated time of arrival is between 10-25 working days. Orders placed from the Czech Republic or Slovakia could be carried by Česká Pošta, Zásilkovna or PPL. When your order is dispatched it usually takes 3-5 working days to receive your order.
